Frustratingly cute #79

Nonnie - honeybear's grandmother - recently taught him alternative lyrics to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (ever heard of Randolph the Bowlegged Cowboy?) and today he decided to come up with his own:

1. (tragically unfinished)
Rudolph the Christmas tree
Had a very shiny topper (a gold one!)
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it sparkles
All of the other people
Used to think "That's pretty!"
They all wanted to buy it
Because of the shiny topper

2.
Rowdolph the Christmas elf
Had a very poky (full of holes) shirt
And if you ever saw it
You would even say he looks like Oscar
All of the other elves
Used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Rowdolph
Make any presents
Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
Rowdolph with your shirt so poky
Won't you get a new shirt?
Then how the elves loved him
As they shouted out with glee
Rowdolph the poky-shirt elf
You'll go down in history

Herdolph the Christmas horsey
Had a very Christmassy saddle
And if you ever saw it
You would even think it's hard
All of the other horseys
Used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Herdolph
Join in any jokes
Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
Herdolph with your saddle so Christmassy
Won't you let me ride you?
Then all the horseys
Thought that he looked even more funny (if Herdolph pulled the sleigh instead of the reindeer)
